Later on, you will have to make a decision on what is gonna be his primary role and change his gear accordingly :) That way, he will sort of work anywhere up till Brutal CB, Dungeons 16 and G1 arena. So relatively high ATK, 180 speed, 150 accuracy and some HP (25k+). If you are just starting out, it is a good idea to build your Kael as somewhat good for anything. DEF% chest and gloves will be your best friend.
If you are gonna use him also on CB/Dungeons +farm/arena then you need to also build him with a bit of accuracy (this is likely your situation).If he is going to be your farmer/arena nuker then you want to build him with a high ATK, 100% CR and as much CDM as possible.It is very important to know, where you want to use your Kael: The second set should be either speed or accuracy/perception to get more speed or some accuracy, respectively.
